Our products are natural hair-care and scalp-care formulations. We aim to describe products accurately, including ingredients and expected benefits, but results vary from person to person. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. 3. Orders & pricing

All prices displayed are in the currency shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price at the time you place an order is the price you pay.

An order is only confirmed once we accept it and send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or violations of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.

4. Payment & subscriptions

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers (Stripe and HitPay). We do not store full payment card details. For subscription products, you authorise recurring charges at the interval chosen at checkout, and you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

5. Shipping & returns

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location. We ship to the countries listed at checkout. If products arrive damaged, or if you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Certain items (for hygiene reasons) may not be returnable once opened.
